Occasionally, UnitedMasters may ask for help with improvements to the user experience, which includes sending over "log" history from the application via a support ticket.
If you are logged into the app

Tap the Account icon in the tab bar.

Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.

Tap Help and About.

Tap the version number 10 times.

- Select the
...
in the top right corner and select "Share Store". -
The time range should be "All Messages" and "Output Format" should be Pulse File.

You will then need to save the file to your device via the Files App.

Reply back to your original support ticket via email and attach the document from the Files App.
If you are logged out of the app:
- Tap the United Masters logo 10 times from the landing screen.
- Follow steps 5-8 above to export the Pulse Files, save to your device in the Files App, and respond back to your original support ticket via email.
