Yes! You can upgrade your membership plan at any time, regardless of your current membership tier.
Upgrading your membership tier will give you immediate access to any additional benefits, and your account’s releases will be automatically redelivered to additional music services (please note that it may take 1-2 days for releases to be made available after redeliveries have occurred).
Specifically, DEBUT tier users, who are on UnitedMasters' free basic plan, need to upgrade to paid tiers to access premium features such as qualifying for a YouTube Official Artist Channel (OAC). Paid membership tiers offer benefits including the ability to deliver music to more services, retain 100% of royalties, and gain OAC qualification.
