Distribution to JPAY

If you are a paid member of UnitedMasters, your music is eligible for distribution to JPay via Audible Magic. This process ensures accessibility to correctional facility networks such as kiosks or media stores.

• Audible Magic's Role: Music is delivered to Audible Magic, which functions as the intermediary for sorting and curating tracks for platforms like JPay.

Curation and Availability

While UnitedMasters facilitates distribution, the availability of your songs on platforms like JPay is not guaranteed. The curation team at Audible Magic evaluates and decides which tracks meet their selection criteria for addition to the JPay platform.

• No action on your part is required after releases are submitted and approved via UnitedMasters; the curation process is entirely handled by Audible Magic and JPay.
• Even if your music is distributed to Audible Magic, it may not appear on JPay if it is not curated for the platform.
• Please note that JPAY does not accept releases containing explicit content at this time. 

Why Isn’t My Music Showing Up on JPay?

If your music does not appear on JPay, it likely was not selected by the curation team or has some of the restrictions below, which would make the release not eligible. In case your release is aligned with the restrictions, there is no additional action required on your part to ensure its availability. Track selection is at the discretion of the curation team. In case you have to edit the release to comply with the restrictions, please reach out to our support team via ChatBot within your account with the updated, cleared version.

• No unauthorized repurposing of other creators’ copyrighted work
   

Do I Need to Take Any Specific Steps to Ensure JPay Distribution?

No, as a UnitedMasters artist with a paid membership, your music is automatically distributed to Audible Magic. Beyond this, the curation team handles the selection of tracks for JPay. Your membership already qualifies your music for delivery and consideration.
