Why does my Wallet card show a negative balance?

In some rare cases, if we’ve received an adjustment to your streaming royalties from the music streaming services, you may see a small negative balance in your Wallet card. Should you experience this, you will not be able to request a Cash Out and in most cases this will be resolved when you subsequently earn more streaming royalties.
