When a release is delivered to YouTube, each of the tracks on the release is converted into an Art Track, which is an automatically generated YouTube version of a track on a music album, consisting of the sound recording and the album art. These 'Art Tracks' delivered to YouTube by UnitedMasters are the same recordings that make your releases available on the YouTube Music App. The tracks that surface on the YouTube website are the desktop version.
An “Art Track” will only appear on two different channels:
- Topic Channels - these are auto-generated channels that will be titled “Artist Name - Topic” and say “auto-generated by YouTube” in the channel’s "About" section.
- Official Artist Channel ("OAC") - which brings together all your subscribers from your different YouTube channels into one place.
Art Tracks will not appear on personal channels unless that channel has been converted to an Official Artist Channel (OAC). You can read this helpful article to learn more about how to apply for an Official Artist Channel on YouTube.
And please note that Art Tracks will only be available in countries where YouTube Music has launched (you can find a full list of these countries on YouTube's website).
