How do I cancel my UnitedMasters membership?

You can cancel your UnitedMasters membership at any time by doing the following:

IF YOUR MEMBERSHIP WAS STARTED VIA THE UNITEDMASTERS WEBSITE:

1. Navigate to the ‘SETTINGS’ tab in the left-hand sidebar of your account
2. In your SETTINGS, click on ‘MEMBERSHIP’
3. From here, click the ‘MANAGE’ button
4. On the following screen, click on the tile with your membership information
5. Finally, click on ‘CANCEL MEMBERSHIP’, select a cancellation reason, and then click ‘CONFIRM CANCELLATION’

IF YOUR MEMBERSHIP WAS STARTED VIA THE UNITEDMASTERS MOBILE APP:

1. Navigate to your account at the bottom of the screen
2. When viewing your account, click the ‘SETTINGS’ icon (which look like a widget) in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
3. From your Settings, click on ‘MEMBERSHIP’
4. On the following screen, click ‘MANAGE MEMBERSHIP’
5. Follow the prompts to cancel your membership.
