- Your UnitedMasters artist name
- Email address associated with your UnitedMasters account (if different from the email address you’re reaching out from)
- Screenshot of the successful charge posted to your account
- Screenshot of the receipt that was sent to your email
- [if your subscription was started through our mobile app] Screenshot of your active subscription from the “Subscriptions” section of your device’s App Store equivalent
- [if subscription was started through our mobile app] Screenshot of receipt(s) received for payment(s)
