When purchasing a UnitedMasters subscription, it may be improperly assigned to the incorrect email address or artist account. Our support team can assist in locating your subscription to get it reflecting accurately.
Verifying your purchase of a UnitedMasters subscription requires submitting valid proof in the form of a purchase receipt. Follow these steps to obtain and provide your proof of purchase depending on whether you used web, iOS or Google Play to make the transaction.
Why Is Proof of Purchase Required?
Proof of purchase helps validate the authenticity of your subscription and ensures that any payment-related or account issues are resolved efficiently. Only official receipts from Apple, Google, or UnitedMasters are considered valid. Follow the steps below to find your proof of purchase, based on which method in which you purchased your subscription:
For Web Users:
- Open your email inbox or spam folder
- Search for "UnitedMasters Receipt".
- Send a screenshot of your UnitedMasters invoice that includes the subscription purchase.
For iOS Users:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or Apple device.
- Tap your name displayed at the top of the screen.
- Go to Media & Purchases and select View Account.
- Tap Purchase History.
- Locate and select the UnitedMasters subscription to view the Order Details.
- Take a screenshot of the Order Details page, ensuring the Order ID is visible.
- This is generally a series of 10 numbers + letters, usually starting with the letter "M".
For Google Play Users:
- Open the Google Play Store on your mobile device.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Payments & Subscriptions > Budget & History.
- Visit play.google.com to view your order history.
- Take a screenshot of your UnitedMasters purchase ensuring the Order Number is clearly visible.
- This is generally a series of 17 numbers with 3 dashes (-), usually starting with "GPA"
Invalid Proof
Please note that the following proof formats are not accepted, as they don't contain the information that our team needs to look subscriptions up in our system:
- Screenshots from banking apps, such as Apple Pay or CashApp.
- Screenshots of general account statement overviews with pending or processed charges without a valid Order ID or Order Number.
If you are still unable to provide a receipt of your purchase, providing the following information can also help our team find your subscription on our backend:
- Any other artist name you would've used to sign up for our service
- Any other email address that you have that would've been used to make this purchase
- The last 4 digits of the card charged and the CC company associated with the card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
Submitting Your Proof of Purchase
Once you have captured a valid screenshot of your purchase receipt, reach out to UnitedMasters support and provide this for us with as much detail as possible. This will enable our team to validate your subscription and provide assistance as necessary.
