If you started your UnitedMasters membership through the UnitedMasters website, or through the UnitedMasters application on an Android device, you can update your card by clicking on your ‘SETTINGS’. From there, navigate to the ‘MEMBERSHIP’ tab and click 'MANAGE MEMBERSHIP'. This will bring you to our billing page and allow you to update your payment method.
If you experience a subscription payment failure, it might be due to inaccurate card details, insufficient funds, or other issues related to the payment method on file. Before updating your payment information, verify the current card details and ensure that there are sufficient funds in the associated account. These steps can help prevent further disruptions in your subscription.
