What does the "Profile Creation in Progress" message mean when I try to claim my Apple Music/Spotify artist pages?

In order to link your Spotify and Apple Music artist pages to your UnitedMasters account, it is recommended that you have content distributed to those pages; that way, the link is seamless. When releases are approved in your UnitedMasters account, but have not yet officially released on Apple Music and Spotify, your artist pages may not be created quite yet, and therefore can’t be linked to your UnitedMasters account. Because of this, we recommend waiting until your release(s) have been approved and officially released on Spotify and Apple Music before attempting to claim and link these pages to your UnitedMasters account. 

Please note: Unfortunately we’re unable to expedite the process for artist page claiming, as we have no control over the DSP’s platform in this capacity. This process is solely owned and handled by the music services. We suggest reaching out directly to Spotify for Artists Support or Apple Music for Artists Support to advise on these inquiries.
