TikTok Promote Tool / Ads Manager

Background

The "Promote Tool" in the TikTok mobile app will not work with Library Sounds (official releases delivered by a label or distributor). The tool will only work with "original sounds".

If you want to use the promote tool with library sounds (or set up any ad), you need to go through TikTok Ads Manager.
