We're sorry to hear that you're looking to delete your UnitedMasters account. If you haven't distributed any releases, you are able to delete your account without any assistance. Head over to the UnitedMasters icon in the top left corner of your screen (where a navigation bar on the left hand side will pop up). Click on 'Settings' and then head over to 'Account.' Scroll to the bottom of that page, and you should then be able to click on 'Delete Account'.
If you're looking to delete your account and you’ve distributed music with us, we will need to process any statements and payments owed to you for the periods that your releases were live - and, since stores report on a delay, these statements may be received even after your releases have been taken down, so there may be a related delay in our ability to delete your account. Please contact our support team if you have distributed releases and they should be able to help.
