How do I enroll in multi-factor authentication for my UnitedMasters account?

Enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a great way to add an additional layer of security to your UnitedMasters account. By turning on MFA, you will be prompted to enter an additional code via text (SMS) when signing into your UnitedMasters account that will be sent to the phone number you have associated with your UnitedMasters account. This feature is currently available for iOS and web users.

How to enroll in MFA (iOS)

• Tap the ‘Account’ icon inside of the UnitedMasters app (1).
• Tap the 'Settings' icon in the top right corner (2).
• Tap ‘Account (3)’.
• Tap ‘Mobile Number’.
• Tap ‘Secure My Account’.
• Next, enter your full legal name.
  • This information is required in the event you lose access to your UnitedMasters account and will be used to verify the account belongs to you.
  • Please note: failure to enter your name correctly may result in losing access permanently if you lose your phone or no longer have access to the associated phone number.
• Now you will enter your phone number so we can text you to receive a code that verifies your number.
• Next, enter your UnitedMasters password.
• Enter the code that was texted to your phone.
• You will receive an email to the email address associated with your account that MFA has been enabled and a pop message notifying you MFA has been enabled.

• Log into your UnitedMasters account at UnitedMasters.com
• Open the sidebar.
• Click ‘Settings’.
• Click ‘Account’.
• Click the Enroll button at the top of the screen.
• Next, enter your full legal name.
