If you have lost access to your multi-factor device, you may follow these steps to recover your account. Please note if you are unable to complete all steps you may not regain access to your account. Here is what you’ll need to get started:
- The email address associated with your account
- A photo of yourself holding up your artist name, with your face clearly shown
- A photo of your current and valid government issued ID
Once you have the required materials, you may open a support ticket to recover your account by clicking here. Please ensure the name of the request is “Account > I have lost access to my multi-factor device”, and that you provide the required information listed above: your email address and the two required photos.
